Leo Francis Andrew Doyle
1943-2016
Peacefully surrounded by family, the death occurred at the Provincial
Palliative Care Centre, Charlottetown on Thursday, May 19, 2016 of Leo
Francis Andrew Doyle, Charlottetown, formerly of Earnscliffe, age 72
years. He was born on November 30, 1943, son of the late Bernard and
Eugenia (MacDonald) Doyle. Husband of Caroline since July 9, 1966.
Father of Lisa Doyle-MacBain (Rob) and Brady Doyle (Amy). Loving
grandfather of Alex, Ashley and Amanda MacBain. He is survived by his
sister Celine Brazel and sisters-in-law Clare Doyle and Helen
Doyle-Dunning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his son Darren and brothers Joseph, Edwin and Francis.
He will be fondly remembered by his in-laws, descendants of the
O’Brien and Flynn families of Iona. Resting at Belvedere
Funeral Home until 9:30 a.m. on Monday then to Church of the Most Holy
Redeemer for funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Roman Catholic
Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visitation Sunday 5-8 p.m. Memorial
donations may be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre.
