It is with sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of a great man, husband, father and grandfather, Jean Georges Mallouk on January 12, 2017.
Beloved husband of Nadia, loving father of Elie (Marie), Carole (Robb), Maryse (Roberto) and Patricia (Michael) and grandfather of Anthony, Olivia, Andrew, John, Julia, Emma, Marco and Sarina, brother to 3 sisters and 5 brothers of which only one brother remains.
Jean was a civil engineer and worked most of his career teaching at the cegep level.
A firm believer, Jean served the church in many ways and on many organizations, the most memorable is the over 30 years he directed the byzantine choir.
The family will receive condolences at Rideau Funeral Home on Sunday, January 15, 2017 (see details below).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, Parkinson Canada Society or to the Saint-George Antiochian Orthodox Church will be appreciated.
