John was an avid singer and was a member of a number of choirs and barber shop quartets over the years.
Friends may visit with the family at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at KNOX PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 461 Elizabeth St., Burlington on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
