Passed peacefully with family by his side, on Sunday, December 10th, 2017, in his 79th year. Husband of Sylvia for 59 years. Missed by his children: Kim Geiser, Dean (Jillian) and Lisa Steele (Joe); and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Don will always be remembered for his sweet tooth, love of music and mustangs. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the memorial service will be conducted on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Don are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

So many memories from holidays, camping, Long Point trailers, car rallies, playing cards and celebrating New Years Eve. Don’s sense of humor, always baking something for his sweet tooth, and of course the mustangs will stay in my memory forever.
Have a good conversation with Joe for me, and no speeding in the Shelby.

Our kids played together and we all travelled lifes path together. we shared a love for music ,old cars and good wine. Its a sad day to lose such a long time friend. Rest in peace my friend until we meet again.
