Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s ICU on December 30, 2017. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Mary, his sister Eleanor Bittner and his son Bill. Left with precious memories are his wife and best friend Patricia and his best buddies Aria and Angel. He is survived by his daughter Susie (Frank); 5 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; extended family, especially Eileen Woodford, Paul Woodford (Sharon) and family, Phyllis Woodford, and Debbie Paulovics (Stephen). David approached life with humour and laughter. He will be forever remembered by family and friends for his larger-than-life personality and his warm, gentle smile. Cremation has taken place. Visitation from 2 – 9 p.m. on Thursday, January 4. At David’s request, there will be no funeral service. Inurnment in the Columbarium at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Topsail Road at a later date.
