Passed away peacefully Friday, December 8th, 2017 at Extendicare York,
surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband to Virgina (Natale) Perri, of 67 years. Loving father of Mary (husband Ron Miller), Ivana (husband Mario Simonato), Pina (husband Gerry Moore), and Frank (wife Pam Perri). Cherished Nonno to Natalie (Ron), Andrea (Nick), Claudia (Owen), Paolo (Krystal), Giulia (Justin) Jessica, Rebecca, Spencer, Logan, and great grandchild Anderson. He will be sadly missed by sisters-in-law Connie and Irma, and many nieces and nephews.
Born in Laurignano, Cosenza, Italy, Cosimo immigrated to Canada in 1952 and worked at INCO for 31 years. He and his wife raised their four children in the home they made in Gatchell, which would become the epicentre for countless gatherings with friends and family. Cosimo was a lifelong member of the Caruso Club and enjoyed bowling, playing bocce, and traveling to Acapulco for many years with friends. An avid gardener, hunter and fisherman, Cosimo was happiest sitting around the kitchen table sharing his homemade food and wine with loved ones. He will be fondly remembered for his infectious sense of humour, his kindness and generosity, and his endless devotion to his wife and family.

Entombment in the Civic Memorial Mausoleum.
