MATHÉ, Barbara (née Cadeau) Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Timmins and District Hospital on Thursday June 16, 2016 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Real Mathé. Cherished mother of Richard Mathé, Maureen Boulard (John) and Nancy Lagacé (Maurice). Loving grandmother of Holly Lagacé (Scott Collins), Jessica Lagacé (Cody Bélec), Eric and Austin Boulard. Dear sister of Lorne Cadeau (Bertha) and Heather Marin (Andre). She will be deeply missed by her loyal companion, her dog Louis. Predeceased by her parents William Cadeau and Viola Cadeau (née Taggart). A woman of deep faith, Barbara was a devoted mother and a wonderful grandmother. She had an amazing sense of humour and she also loved watching wrestling. The family would like to thank Dr. Cohen for his many years of excellent care. Also, special thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Timmins and District hospital for all their care and compassion. A memorial service will be held at 12 pm (noon) on Monday June 20, 2016 at St-Anthony’s Cathedral.
