Too soon, and with deep sorrow, we must say goodbye to our beautiful Sarah, who brought immeasurable joy to family, friends, and colleagues in her 37 short years. Her bright light was dimmed on Sunday, December 29th, 2024 in Burlington. Beloved daughter to Mark and Krithia Trueman (nee Heaney). A dear sister to Joshua Trueman and Devin (Ellen Dalicandro) Trueman. Cherished granddaughter to Peter and Eleanor Trueman and Jack and Krithia Heaney. She will live on in the hearts of her extended family; including many aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as her dearest friend Jordanna Ibrahim among so many others. Sarah loved nature, as well as the finer things in life. She could go from a day of hiking in the woods, to a night on the town, without breaking stride, always with a dazzling smile.
Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday, January 6, 2025 from 4-8 p.m. As per the family’s wishes, a private cremation will be taking place. All are welcome to a Celebration of Life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 486, 79 Jones St. in Oakville’s Bronte neighbourhood on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, from 1-4 p.m.
