Roger LeBlanc, 74, of Shediac, passed away on Sunday
February 23, 2025, at his residence. Born in St-André de
Shediac, he was the son of the late Donat and Bertha (Landry)
LeBlanc.
Prior to his retirement, Roger worked as a civil
servant at DSS.
He is survived by his wife, Murielle (Gallant)
LeBlanc of Shediac; daughter, Murielle Joshua (Bruce) of Abram
Village, P.E.I.; son, Roger (Taina) of Little Anse, N.S.; brother:
Allison of Moncton; sister, Alvina Smith of Irishtown; two
sisters-in-law, Léontine LeBlanc of Notre-Dame and
Jacqueline LeBlanc of Shediac; three grandchildren: Joshua,
Angélique, and Adelle, as well as nieces and
nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister,
Caroline Richard and a brother, Normand.
The family will receive
condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street,
Shediac (506-532-3297) from where the funeral will be celebrated on
Saturday March 1 at 11 am. Visiting hours are Friday, February 28 from
7 to 9 pm and Saturday March 1st from 9:30 am to 10:45 am. Interment
will be in the St-Joseph cemetery,
Shediac.
In memory of Roger, a contribution to
the Alzheimer Society would be
appreciated.
