Obituary of Randall Dion
DION, Randall “Randy” – Peacefully passed away surrounded by love at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Deluce) for 51 years. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Miriam Dion. Dear brother of the late Ken. Brother-in-law of Jean and Irene Deluce. He will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Randy is joining his friends on their big fishing trip and ending up at the Hash Bash. As his friends Duke and Minto Purvitis would say, “Good luck! See you soon!”.
At Randy’s request, no services will be held. Spring interment will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to ARCH would be greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Dr. Bowen and staff at the Sault Area Hospital, Dr. Apostle and the wonderful angels at ARCH, and lastly our friends and neighbours who have helped so much. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758).
