April 5, 1961 – March 24, 2025
Patricia was born on April 5th, 1961 at the Little Current Hospital and passed away at the Mindemoya Hospital with her loving family by her side on Monday, March 24th, 2025.
Patricia was predeceased by her parents Elsie and Hawley Cress of Mindemoya.
Dear sister of Larry (Roberta), Jack, Danny (predeceased) (Anita) and Beryl (Shane).
Beloved best friend and wife of Mervin Clifford Gilchrist (predeceased).
Loving mom of her chosen family Melonie (James), Megan and Matthew (Justine).
Cherished grandmother of Dezaree, Kynan, Kyle, Matthew, Jackson, Max, Meela, Patrick, Leeham and Tanner.
Patricia will be remembered by her many nephews and nieces Brent, Jeff, Trevor (Lynn), Luke, Gordie (Anita), Philippe (Chantal) and Michael (Charlie) and all of her grand nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will be announced in the spring.
