Obituary
RINGER, Malcolm Graham – 71 of Shelburne passed away peacefully on Wednesday February 12, 2025 at Roseway Hospital. He was the son of the late William Raymond Ringer and Lorena Edith Ringer (MacDonald).
In his early years he started working for the Coast Guard and after that he started working in concrete foundations and later started his own company, “Ringer Concrete”. He loved his beer, watching tv and doing puzzle books. He helped all the residents at Northwood apartments with their recycling.
Survived by his sister, Helen (Keith) Murphy – Saskatchewan, brothers; George Meredith (Linda) Ringer – Ontario, Edward (Kim) Ringer – Lockeport, George Alexander Ringer – Alberta, and Gene MacAdams – Barrington Passage, sister-in-law Shirley Ringer (Shelburne), children; Jonathan (Montreal), Mianna (nee April) (Europe).
Besides his parents he was predeceased by brothers; William (Shelburne), Raymond (Lockeport), Gene Hollett (Newfoundland) and sister Nina Day (Ontario).
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Shelburne. As per his request there will be no visitation or service. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, who were so good to Malcolm during his 31 year cancer battle.
The family would like to say a special thanks to his dear friend Kim Ott who was so helpful to Malcolm after the passing of her husband and his good friend David.
