1989-2025
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of
Malcolm Alexander « Alex » Caissie, 35, of Parkindale and
formerly of Moncton at the Moncton Hospital on February
11th, 2025. Born in Moncton on Oct 16, 1989, he
was a son to Wendy Caissie, of Parkindale and the late Michael
Caissie.
Alex was working at the Moncton Driving College as an
instructor. Alex loved the outdoors, he enjoyed being able to live in
the country and surrounded by nature. Alex loved sailing, boats,
target shooting, teaching people how to safely operate a firearm and
taking in everything the outside had to offer.
Alex is survived and sadly missed by his Mom, Wendy Caissie;
his true love, Alona Romanenko; his siblings: Amy MacGregor of
Moncton, Andrew Caissie (Sue), Tara Caissie-Barrera (Gorge) and Aaron
Caissie (Jody) all of Ontario; his grandmother, Elizabeth Howell;
several aunts and uncles; his best friend’s since childhood,
Kyle Downs (Brooke), Shawn Warren; and his faithful dog, Honey; as
well as his nieces, nephews and many other close friends that meant a
lot to him.
Alex was predeceased by his father, Michael Caissie; his
aunt, Janet Cooper; his uncles, David Howell and Bill Cooper and his
grandfather, Malcolm (Mac) Howell.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Salisbury
Funeral Home, 506-372-4800 from where a Celebration of Life will be
held on Friday, February 14th, 2025 from 3:00pm
– 5:00pm. Interment will take place
privately.
If desired, donations made to a charity of the
donor’s choice would be appreciated by the
family.
