Obituary of Liam Michael Arthur Kennedy
KENNEDY, Liam
Passed away suddenly at home on January 28th, 2025. His reason for everything, wife Amy (Sowa) and his sources of pride and amazement, children Brendan and Abby will miss him dearly. Liam will be missed by his loving parents Irene and John, his wonderful mother-in-law Joy, his brothers and best pals Alex and Matt and his amazing sisters-in-law Jane and Claire. Liam will also be remembered by his treasured nieces and nephews Eddy, Erik, Emily, Olivia and AJ, his uncle Brian and aunt Maureen, his cousins and all their families, along with his lifelong friends Michael and Trevor. An avid musky fisherman, Liam and Amy moved to the Kawarthas from the GTA in 2006. HIs family will dearly miss his humour, culinary skill and love of music. Liam is predeceased by his grandparents Michael and Domka Kowalczyn (of Ukraine), and Arthur (of Ireland) and Rita Kennedy (of London). Liam’s love extended out to all he knew, and to all who knew him.
Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – LAKEFIELD CHAPEL. A visitation will be held on Wednesday February 5th, 2025 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at The Hendren Funeral Home (66 Queen Street, Lakefield) with a service to commence at The Hendren Funeral Home on Friday February 7th, 2025 at 12:00 PM.
