Peacefully on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of David LaChapelle (2009). Dear father of Mike (Anissa), Michelle Varkel (Robin). Cherished grandmother of Joshua, Karlee and Kurtis. Loving great-grandma to Hudson. Remembered by her siblings Mike, Bill and Gina. Kitty will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Celebration of Kitty’s life will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Thursday, April 24th, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Kitty in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
