Obituary of June Stewart
STEWART, Dorothy June peacefully at Country Lane Nursing Home Chatsworth early Monday morning March 17, 2025. June Stewart (nee Ironmonger) formerly of Wiarton in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Garry David Stewart (2018). Cherished mother of David (Tracey) of Hepworth, Lynn (Terry) of Sauble Beach, Nancy Brooks (Glen) of Edmonton, Susan Doherty (Randy) of Owen Sound, Gerald (Lia) of Calgary and Neil (Shelley) of Wiarton. Much loved grandmother of 16 and great grandmother of 15. Dear sister of Bonnie Hemstock of Wiarton and Gladys Urbshott of Guelph and sister-in-law of Dorothy Ironmonger, Doris Stewart, Joyce Stewart, Margaret Bruin (Fred) and Burneice Stewart. Missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Anne (nee Mole) and Jack Ironmonger, daughter-in-law Susan Stewart, brothers Jim and Geordie and brothers-in-law Lewis Hemstock and Bob Urbshott.
Family and friends are invited to share memories at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Friday, March 21st from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the Wiarton Propeller Club, Edward Street, Wiarton on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment Bayview Cemetery, Wiarton.
