On January 4, 2025 at the age of 89 years young; John Walter DeWolfe went home to be with the Lord.
John leaves behind his sister Diana Tingley and her family, three grandchildren: Earl, Sierra and Sheanna; sister-in-law Myrtle Roy; Brother-in-law Bill (Selma) Roy; along with his numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends who all loved and cared for him dearly.
John is predeceased by the love of his life Lillian DeWolfe (neé Roy); his beautiful daughter Loretta and son John Jr.; his mother Olivia DeWolfe; along with his mother and father-in-law Harry and Albertine Roy; his sister-in-laws: Punchin (Fred) Laliberte, Francis (Marcel) Ducharme, Rosa Laviolette, Doris (Paul) Brenetski, Violet (Leo) Callioux, and Carol Roy; as well as his brother-in-laws: Gilbert Roy, Stanley Roy, Jules (Myrtle) Roy, and Floyd Roy.
As for John’s wishes, he wanted no service to be held but wanted all who loved him to remember him and smile. John, you will always be loved and will never be forgotten.
