Bouctouche, NB – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Clarence Maillet, age 91, on February 7, 2025, at the Stella-Maris Hospital in Sainte-Anne de Kent, NB. Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, he was the son of the late Dosithé Maillet and the late Aurélie Leblanc.
Clarence has always worked in the construction industry in the U.S. and Canada. He loved to wash and shine his 1931 Ford.
He is survived by his wife, Annette; a daughter, Linda (Roger) Savoie of Bouctouche; three sons, Maurice (Louise), Gene (Jacqueline), and Steven (Vicky), all of Bouctouche; his grandchildren: Melissa, Marcel, Jenny, Michael, Amy, Stéphanie, Jason and Kevin; great-grandchildren: Cody, Nathan, Olivia, and Sawyer; sisters: Mae (Late Osias) of Stratford, Conn and Noëlla (Roger) Collette of Bouctouche, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Thérèse, and a brother, Noel.
In his memory, donations may be made to an organization of your choice.
A private service will be held with immediate family only.
