The death occurred at Prince County Hospital, on Thursday,
March 13, 2025, of Ronald « Bud » Usie Culleton, of Clinton
View Lodge, Kensington, formerly of Mount Pleasant, aged 88, beloved
husband of the late Ruby (MacDougall) Culleton. Born in Alberton, on
June 15, 1936, son of the late Alfred & Nettie (Coughlin)
Culleton.
Dear father to Elaine Coughlin (Wayne Gallant), Summerside;
Pam (Gerard) Gallant, Clinton; Raymond (Kim), Northam; Lana (Wesley)
Smith, Mount Pleasant; and Roy (Nadine), Mount
Pleasant.
Loving grampy to Natasha Gallant (George
Xiros) and Erica Coughlin (Mike Phillips),
Melissa (Daryl Boyce) and Jason Gallant (Alexa), Rayleen (Chris
Buchanan) and Paige (Michael) Lidstone, Jordan and Justin Smith,
Janessa Culleton (Karter Hackett), Reegan Culleton (Keelyn Broome),
and Keira Culleton and great grand father to: Caitlynn Culleton,
Mitchell (Emily) Culleton, Zachary and Addison Phillips, Caleb, Dylan
and Rosie Boyce, Sophie and Callum Gallant, Aspen Lidstone and Brysen
Noye and great great grandfather to Khianna and Keiran
Brown.
Bud is also survived by brothers and sisters in law: Sandra
MacDougall, Aldona Culleton, Rita (Hilton) Wilson, Vernon MacDougall,
Lloyd MacDougall and Darlene (Stanley) Culleton.
Bud was predeceased by his parents, wife Ruby Culleton (March
4, 2012), great grandchildren: Chandler and Tyson, chosen son Russell
Coughlin, son in law Elmer Coughlin, brothers Raymond, Albert, Ivan,
Fred and June, sisters Wanda Etherington, Jean DesRoches, Minerva
MacKinnon and 2 sisters in infancy .
Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with
visiting hours Sunday 4-7pm. Funeral will be held Monday in the chapel
at 11:00am.
