Bev passed away peacefully with her family by her side.
I had the time of my life and I owe it all to you. Predeceased by my beloved husband Terry Harding (2007). Loving Mother to Paul (Elna) Shaw and
Jacqueline (Attilio) Spada. Cherished Grandmother to Michael Hoover (2021), Mitchell (Cassidy) Shaw, Madison and Julian Shaw. Dear “Good” Sister to
Robert (Carol) Hanson. Predeceased by Dad Bev Hanson and Mother Elizabeth Heathcote.

Stepmom of Sheila Cerkez, Rebecca Harding, Roberta Goyeau and Dawn Reaume and their families. Survived by my in-laws Ann Fournier and Peter Harding and nieces and nephews.
Blast from the Past -Good Old Days. Robin Fazekas – remembering all our egg salad sandwiches and our walks to the Embassy. You are my oldest, young friend. Always in my heart. Shirley Fitzpatrick – Remembering our 4 am Detroit shopping trips in your little car, you know we had to get our Christmas Turkeys. I wish you well my friend.
You have to Have Friends – Anne Deveau – not just my neighbour but also my friend. Thank you for all the shopping and cooking you did for me. It was my lucky day when you moved across the street. Special thank you for your guidance and just being such a great woman. Albert Deveau – Thank you for always keeping an eye on me and keeping me safe. You know you are going to miss me so behave yourself. I know I am not your mother or wife but I am your honey bunny. Chris Dowhaniuk – for spoiling me with my newspapers and for checking up on me every morning and trips to 7-11.
On The Road Again
Mary Jane Vallee – My Bestie. I am going solo this time. Thank you for all of our mini vacations together, it was amazing how you would push me in my wheelchair and drag around our luggage. Thank you for bringing me to my doctor’s appointments when I did not want to go and for fixing some things around my house, except for the damn kitchen cupboard. You can stop worrying about me now, I will be fine. Do not loose our card. With love from your other sister.
We Are Family
Thank you to my son Paul for always fixing everything that was broken, for building my new deck and having my granddaughter Madison and grandson Julian help you with that. I always seem to think you two are still little, it is a Gramma thing and I did the same thing with Mitchell and My dear Michael. Never thought I would see the day when my son Paul and grandson Julian would have to clean my house, good job boys. Gramma is so very proud of you Madison and Julian.
Thank you to my daughter Jacqueline “Missy” for all of my backrubs, pedicures, shopping and for cleaning for me all your life even though I already did it. I hope you have stopped dragging furniture around since you were little. You can have my green brush or you can give it to pretend Sarah.
Thank you to my grandson Mitchell and his fiancée Cassidy for our organized shopping trips and for doing my bookwork when I could not write anymore and always running around for me. With love from Rose. Gramma is so very proud of you Mitchell and Cassidy.
Thank you to my daughter-in-law Elna for all the shopping you did for me over the years and for continuing my 6 pm dinners when I could not do it anymore. You are the best cook.
Thank you to my son-in-law Attilio “T” for letting me talk your ear off on our rides out to Paul’s house and for my, had to have subway and ginger ale. Please take care of my daughter.
To my brother Robbie and sister-in-law Carol and nephews Ryan and Michael. Thank you for sharing Christmas Eve with me for the last 17 years. When I could not come to you, you came to me with my dinners. Yes Carol, you were right about my pajama pants. Robbie if you hear someone at your window in the middle of the night, please do not call the cops on me this time, it is just me saying hello. You were my loving little brother for over 70 years and I am proud to say we never had an argument. “It’s in the vault.”
You Are So Beautiful -to my darling children Paul and Jacqueline. You are equally in my heart as always. It was my honour to be your proud Mother.
