Angelo Covatta Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Angelo Covatta on April 20, 2025, at the age of 84.
Angelo was a beloved uncle, brother and son and will be greatly missed. Angelo possessed a kindness, love of life and generosity of spirit which he extended to all those around him. Whether encountered on one of his many walks about town, enroute to his favorite Italian bakery for an espresso and biscotti, or cheering for his much loved Juventus, Angelo always had a smile and made time to listen and share a laugh.
Angelo will be missed by his brother Giovannino Covatta, brother-in-laws Marcello Berardi and Angelo Colavecchia and his beloved nieces and nephews Pina, Bruno, and Elaine Colavecchia, Rosetta (Nino), Assuntino (Maria) Covatta, Luisa (Peter) and Gino (Kristin) Berardi and his much loved great-nieces and nephews Roberto, Cara, Francesca, Angelo, and Kaila Colavecchia , and Incoronata, Basilio, and Giacinto Ricciuto, Marco and Carmelina Covatta, and Adriano, Luca and Sofia Berardi.
Angelo is reunited in heaven with his beloved mother and father, Rosaria and Assuntino Covatta, his sisters Incoronata and Vincenza, brother Basilio, sister-in-law Carmelina, and dear nephew Gino Colavecchia.
Friends and Family will be received at the McKersie & Early Funeral Home at 114 Main St E, Milton, ON on Tuesday April 29th , 2025, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Wednesday April 30th, at Holy Rosary Parish at 139 Martin Street, Milton, with interment to follow at Milton Evergreen Cemetery at 230 Ontario St. S Milton.
