Allan (Allie) Ayles, cherished husband and father passed away
peacefully on February 17, 2025. Born in Moncton, he was the oldest of

Salisbury.
In addition to his wife Judy, he is survived by his son Roy
(Sandy) and his daughter Dianne (Wendy); sister Bonnie Nicolle (Jim);
brothers-in-law Wayne Gladstone and Harold Somers (Mary);
grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and
nephews.
Beside his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Carolyn
Gladstone.
Allan was born and raised in the Village of Salisbury and
graduated from Salisbury Regional High School and then New Brunswick
Community College as a P.Tech. He was a long-time employee of Apex
serving as a member of the Moncton North-East Construction Association
and the NB Metalworking Association, where he served as a Board Member
and Chairman.
He was an active member of the Salisbury Baptist Church for
more than 50 years. He served as a Lions Club member for approximately
20 years and was extremely proud to have been elected to the village
council for 7 terms (serving for 22 years). He served as Salisbury’s
representative as a Board Member and Chairman of the Community
Business Development Corporation and on the Westmorland Albert Solid
Waste Commission for many years, serving as Chairman for 5 terms.
Serving his community was always a privilege for him.
He very much enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being in the
woods. Enjoyed music and singing over the years with the

Boys. Meeting with the boys for coffee and always ready for a drive
with Bob!
