It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ralph Quast on April 1, 2025. In his 91st year. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 52 years Lillian Burnette. He leaves behind his daughter Linda (Bryan) Fraser, son Doug (Ruth) and daughter Valerie (Neil) Renkema. He was a loving grandfather to Chris and Tim Fraser, Brenda and Dan Quast, Erin Leggo and Dylan Renkema. Also survived by four great grandchildren. Ralph was predeceased by siblings Lila (Elmer), Leonard (Rose), Mabel (Florian) and Marian.
He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and enjoyed woodworking . He enjoyed his leisure time at the cottage at Golden Lake.
Family and friends may pay their respects at Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew on Thursday, April 3 from 4 to 6 PM. Funeral in the chapel on Friday April 4, 2025 at 11am. Interment Rosebank cemetery to follow in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ralph’s memory to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or St. James Lutheran Church of Renfrew.
