In loving memory of Yvette Papineau (née Charbonneau), Beloved mother, grandmother, wife, and sister. Yvette passed away Sunday afternoon, June 30th, peacefully at home surrounded by her children and loved ones. She was born on February 21st, 1946, the daughter of the late Désiré Joseph and Simone (née Beaudette) Charbonneau. Loving mother of Rachelle Laporte (Jean Laporte), Maurice Papineau (Danielle Laverdière). Cherished memere of Camille Papineau (predeceased), Catherine Laporte (David Essiambre), Nicholas Laporte, Mélissa Papineau and Céleste Papineau. Caring wife of Maurice Papineau (predeceased). Dear sister of Jean (predeceased), Marcel (predeceased), Colette (predeceased), Linda, Normand (predeceased), Diane, Anne, Suzanne, Jeanne (predeceased) Guy, Claude and Robert (predeceased). She leaves behind many nieces and nephews and friends that will sadly miss her. Yvette was a guiding light…. always there to help those in need. Her family was her priority and she cherished them. She was a very strong woman who fought trough all her hardships with perseverance, hope and dignity. Always there to give a helping hand and precious advice. Yvette did not wish for a funeral. The family will respect her wishes and invite you to take a nice stroll on the Ramsey Lake boardwalk and remember the good memories. Yvette loved her walks on the boardwalk, her spirit will lovingly accompany you. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lougheed’s funeral home. The family does not wish for flowers or donations but know that Yvette would be very grateful if you could do a good deed today and help someone who is in need. The family wishes to thank everyone for their expressions of sympathy and offer their sincere gratitude to all who helped and cared for Yvette.
Life is eternal, love is immortal and as Yvette would always say ‘’It’s all good!’’
