CHINDEMI, Yolanda – passed away peacefully at Woodlands of Sunset on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 in her 106th year. Beloved wife of the late Rocco Chindemi. Loving mother of Toni Robins (Bud), Loretta Rocca (late Jim) and Michael Chindemi (Phyllis). Cherished grandmother of Christopher Robins (Norith), Angela Bondio (Nerio), Dr, Burno Rocca (Annick), Michelle Hughes (Kevin) and Mark Chindemi (Shawna). Loving great grandmother of Nicholas, Samantha, James, Joshua, Ella, Kayden, Axton, Emmerson, Bish, Bananchi, Chey and Cedar. She will be fondly remembered by her brothers Tony and John (Gina) Mancuso and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters and their spouses Mary Guzda (Paul), Eva Kovacich (Steve) and Phyllis Ventrice (Patsy). The family would like to thank everyone at Woodlands of Sunset, especially in Willows, for all the wonderful care given to Yolanda. The family will receive their friends at the H. L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Friday, July 7, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 12 noon with a service to celebrate her life being held in the Cudney Chapel at 12 noon. Rite of Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Woodlands of Sunset. Online condolences available at www.cudneyfuneralhome.com.
