In Memoriam Ymbrije Berberi:
Ymbrije was born on March 3rd, 1933 and grew up in Pilur, Albania. She then moved to Canada in 1994 with her husband and lived a fulfilled life as a sister, mother, grand-mother, great grand-mother and much more. Unfortunately, God decided he needed another angel and she departed from us on Tuesday January 24th, 2023 at the age of 89.
Ymbrije is survived by her children: her daughter Engjellushe and Ali Alolli – alongside her children; Alban and Daniela, her daughter Shege and Lulezim Gjysma – alongside her children; Ermir and Dritan , her son Nexhip and Vjollca Berberi; alongside his children Neralda and Lytfije and her son Engjell and Fiorentina Berberi – alongside his children; Laura and Ardit. As well as her cherished six great grand-children.
She always filled the room full of life with her laughter, one with the ability to summon the sun even on the cloudiest of days. Ymbrije will forever be remembered for her strength, optimism, and loving character – finding a place in heart for each and every person she encountered. Her time with us was greatly impactful, thus her presence will never cease to fade as we have a millennium of amazing stories and memories to share with one another.
May God help her find eternal peace, and may she look down on each and every one of us as our guardian Angel in times of need. Visiting will be held at Windsor Chapel (South Location ) 3048 Dougall Avenue (519) 253-7234 on Thursday January 26th, 2023 from 4:30p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for family and friends to pay their respects. Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel on Friday January 27th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
