Yettie Bullen (nee Storm) Obituary
Passed away unexpectedly at Ross Memorial Hospital at the age of 79. Yettie was born in Holland to her parents, the Late Jack and Florence Storm. She was the loving wife of the Late Albert Bullen (2019) and the devoted mother to Cathy Raven. Cherished grandma of Shelby and Paige (Darby). Dear sister to Birdie Murphy (Tom) and Art Storm (Jackie), sister-in-law to Bill Bullen, Don and the Late Regina Barry, the Late Marie and Bob Reed. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Yettie took pride in helping people during her career in the financial field in which she retired from the Scotiabank. For many years, she had the support of PSW’s and nursing staff, whom she showed compassion and caring to, she is remembered for her kind, loving personality and uplifting smile. She will be missed by many including special friends that she held affectionately in her thoughts.
The family extend a huge thank you to the nursing and care staff at Victoria Manor (MacMillan Residence), the Ross Memorial Hospital, all the support workers that cared for Yettie and special appreciation to Dr. Sara-Lyn Francis.
A Celebration of Life to honour Yettie will be held at Lakeland Funeral Centre (19 Moose Road, Lindsay) on Saturday December 2, 2023 between the hours of 2-4pm.
