In Loving Memory of William “Bill” McGee
(Resident of Lindsay and formerly of Cannington}
Bill passed away at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Monday, September 11, 2023, as the result of a fall at home, in his 90th year.
Beloved husband and best friend to Judy. Loving father of Val (Alvin) Kennedy, Bob “Bobby” McGee and loving grandfather of Taylor and Brandan Kennedy, Nichol (Kirk) Alexander, Brendan and Trevor Neskovski – McGee, and all of our many extended “kids” as Bill told them “You’re not our blood but you’re still our kids”. Predeceased by his mother and step father Olive and Bert Francis.
Bill is survived lovingly by his youngest sister Pat (Lee) Clarke, and predeceased by his sisters Marg ( the late Andy) Ouellette, Marie (the late Ray) Chowen, Fran (George) Butt, and by his brother Raymond McGee (Beryl). Dear uncle of Glen (Catharine), Kathleen, Louise (Paul), Susie (the late Jon), the late Colleen (Herb), Peter (Cathy), Jackie (Ed), Bill, Jeanette (the late Peter), Phil (Carolle), Kim (Rob), Tammy, Becky, Randi, Shannon, and will be lovingly missed by his many great and great great nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Friends are invited to visit the family at Mackey Celebrations, 35 Lindsay St., N., Lindsay on Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm with a time for tributes and the sharing of memories of Bill at 3:00 pm.
