William Alexander
«Bill» Miller – 92, of Economy, passed away
Monday, June 5, 2023 peacefully in Londonderry. Born in Charlottetown,
PEI he was a son of the late James and Clara (Tanton)
Miller.
Bill was raised and
lived his life in Economy. As a young man, Bill left for a short time
to Toronto to work, but returned home to the farm to stay. Bill lived
a solitary life, visiting with family and friends at will. His last
few years were spent with a good friend in Highland Village and then
with his niece, Peggy and her husband, Dan in
Londonderry.
Bill is survived by
his sister, Sarah Louise Faulkner of Vancouver, BC; and sister-in-law,
Joyce in Oakville, ON. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews from
British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia, and in the United States from
New Hampshire, Ohio, and Florida; as well as grand nieces and nephews
and great grand nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by
his sister, Betty (Fulton) Adams, Sackville, NB; brothers, Walter
(Peggy) Londonderry, John, Oakville, ON; and brother-in-law, George
Faulkner, Truro.
Bill was loved and
will be greatly missed. May your memories of Bill bring a story to
tell and a smile to your face.
As requested
by Bill, there will be no service or gathering of remembrance.
Donations in Bill’s memory to Economy Cemetery or a charity
of your choice are welcomed.
