William Alec Boyce Stuckless Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William Stuckless, who left us on May 29, 2024, in Whitecourt, Alberta. Born on February 15, 1946, in Bishop’s Falls, Newfoundland, William lived a life full of love, kindness, and dedication to his family and friends.
William is survived by his beloved spouse, Sheila Stuckless, with whom he shared many wonderful years. He will be deeply missed by his three children: William (Tannis), Michelle, and Michael (Krista).
His legacy continues through his six cherished grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Cassie, Matthew, Brandon, Jenna, and Hunter, as well as his two step-grandchildren, Tristan and Kayden.
He was also a proud great-grandfather to eight great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy.
William was predeceased by his parents, William and Dorothy Stuckless. Growing up among 13 brothers and sisters, William’s childhood was filled with the warmth and camaraderie of a large family. He is remembered fondly by his extended family, which includes numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom held a special place in his heart.
A funeral service to honor William’s life will be held on June 15, 2024, at 1 PM at the Family Worship Center in Whitecourt, Alberta. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date, where family and friends will gather to reminisce and celebrate the wonderful memories he left behind.
William’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
May he rest in peace.
