With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we, the family of the late Wilfred Rudolph Seymour, share the news of the unexpected passing of a cherished brother, uncle, and friend. He departed this life at his residence in Butlerville on February 13th, 2024.

Nieces and Nephews: Jacob (Sam), Taylor (Gavin), Danita, Riley, Noah, & Madison
Great Nephews: Luke & Levi
Special Friends: Scott & Cindy Bussey, Brymer & Steph Mugford, Karl & Helen Saunders, Teddy Parsons, Ernest Butler, Darrell Howell, & Scott Butler
Best Buddies: Uncle Lester & Uncle Rodney

Parents: Wilfred and Maryellen Seymour, and Sister Carol.
Wiffy’s love for his family was unconditional, with a particular fondness for his nieces and nephews, including his two great nephews Luke and Levi who he adored immensely. Each one held a unique place in his heart, and he was immensely proud of every single one, each in their own special way. Wiffy cherished spending time with his loved ones, whether it was at the cabin in over the road or simply enjoying their company. He was always eager to engage in conversation with anyone he met, often brightening their day with his jokes. His heart was as generous as they come, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. A passionate hockey enthusiast, Wiff was a devoted fan of his favourite team, The Toronto Maple Leafs. When a game was on, his undivided attention was on the game, his phone set to silent so as not to miss a single minute of the action.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, L.T. Stick Dr., Bay Roberts, on Tuesday: 10:30 A.M. – 9 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 2 P.M. from St. Mark’s Anglican Church & Cemetery, Shearstown.
