Obituary
William Wayne Windrem passed away quietly after a brave fight with cancer, with his family by his side on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Wayne was in his 65th year. Wayne was the beloved son of Madeline Windrem (Bryant) and the late Grant Windrem (March 2005). He was the beloved brother of Cathy and Tom (Anne). He was the proud uncle of Jeremy (Alyssa), Nicole (Jacob) and Brett (Emily). Wayne was known by all for his love of the outdoors especially as a fisherman and hunter. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. at Lakeland Funeral Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay. Donations would be appreciated by the family to the Palliative Care at PRHC, Canadian Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes.
