Rudow, Wayne
Passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side following a lengthy struggle with COPD on Thursday, February 23, 2023, in his 66th year.
Beloved husband of Cindy English for 38 years, devoted Dad to sons Will and Tim. Wayne will be missed by siblings Evelyn Rudow and Stephen Rudow, and extended family Charlie Wilson and longtime friend Donald “Cheetah” Lemaire.
Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Elsie (Wright) Rudow and siblings Peggy Chafe, Robert Rudow and David Rudow.
Wayne was a loving family man and dedicated his life to raising his boys. He loved NASCAR, video games, and animals of all kinds. He was loved and will be remembered fondly by all who knew him well.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, from 4-5 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira. A memorial service will follow at 5 p.m. in the Dreisinger Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of charitable donations, the family asks that you spend some cherished time with a loved one.
