Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the families of the late Wayne Eric George announce his sudden passing on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023, at the Health Science Complex, in St. John’s, NL, at the age of 63 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife; Dianne nee Randell, his two sisters; Joy (Al) Macisaac, and Cindy (Peter) Foote, Wayne was predeceased by his parents; Janie and Verdon George, his grandmother; Mary Ann Drodge, his brother; Stanley George, his sisters; Beverly Simmons, and Sylvia Goulding, his sister-in-law; Eileen Legge, and mother-in-law; Mary Burge Tucker, also leaving to mourn a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family will be receiving family and friends at Parsons Funeral Home 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL, on Sunday, January 15th, 2023, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
The funeral service will take place on Monday, January 16th, 2023, at 2:00 pm, at the Salvation Army Citadel, in Deer Lake, NL, with Majors Howard officiating, with the burial to follow at the family plot of the Deer Lake, NL, Interdenominational Cemetery, on Wight’s Road, Deer Lake, NL.
