December 20, 2024
With broken hearts we are saddened to announce the peaceful passing of Vince, surrounded with love, family and friends. Adored and cherished husband of Karen (nee Hannigan) for 39 years. Devoted and Proud father of Vinnie Jr. and Laura who brought him joy and purpose. Family was the heart of his world. Survived by his brother Enzo (Diane), mother in law Shirley, sister in laws Lynn(Sandor) & Cathy (mike), his 6 nieces and nephews, Carla, Sarah, Shayne, Samantha, Jennifer, Paul and their Families. Predeceased by his parents, Nicola and Rosa Guiducci.
A great loss will be felt by his wide circle of friends, whether from his childhood, work colleagues, the hockey community (which was a huge part of his life) and especially by his life long friend, Keirn (old boy) who has lost his western watching buddy and “partner in crime”.
Vince was truly “one of a kind” with his funny quirks and witty comments, To know him, was to love him.
We spent wonderful times at the cottage, in the Caribbean and in Italy. Vince was always planning the next vacation while still enjoying the one we were on.
He fought a long and hard battle. He is resting now in peace in Paradise.
A Memorial visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Road East, on Thursday, January 2nd from 2-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, January 3rd at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
