It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother Mrs. Vickie Anniuk, age 84, on Feb. 17, 2024.
Vickie was a lifelong resident of Thunder Bay where she enjoyed cooking, hosting dinner parties and playing and singing country music. She also enjoyed gardening and yard sales. She was known for her compassion,
kindness and generosity and will be missed by all who knew her.
Vickie is survived by her son Roy Anniuk and her daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Mike Hamilton.
Vickie is predeceased by her husband Mike Anniuk, her parents Dymytro Hryhoruk and Catherine Rogers and by her brother Eddy Hryhoruk as well as brother-in-law and sister-in-law John and Elsie Anniuk.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
