Obituary of Ursula Ingeborg Grunt
Grunt, Ursula I. Eulig – Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital with her family by her side on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the age of 93. Ursula was married to George on September 26, 1951 at Saint Veronica Church and is now reunited for eternity with her dear husband who left us in 2018.
Beloved mother of Dorothy Zeljeznak (Zvonko), Tom and Brian (Robbin). Oma will be lovingly remembered by her seven grandchildren and her seven great grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Hanna Korn (Late Erwin), Late Heinz (Late Ellie), Renate Steiger. Ursula will be missed by her many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to visit Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Saturday April 22, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Parish at 11 a.m. with Father Boguslaw Jaroszek officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Holy Family Church or the FJ Davey Home Foundation.
Thank you to the many people who have loved our mom, our Oma. A special thank you to the 3C staff at the SAH for their profound compassion and care during her final days. She touched the hearts of all those she met; her many swimming friends, Davey Home friends, Holy Family Parishioners, CWL and extended families.
