Our beloved Tyler James Tasker left us tragically on September 19th, 2023 in Chatham, Ontario at the young age of 28. His family is deeply saddened by his sudden passing.
Tyler was born to Tammy and Ted Constant and the late Jeremy Wightman (2021). Cherished brother of Alxcia Constant. Dearly loved by his grandparents Johanna and Rick Wightman, Carmella and the late James Tasker (2014), and Alex and Lorrie Gold. He will be greatly missed by his aunts and uncles, Tawnya and Branden Drewery, Tara Tasker and Derek Brosseau, and Michelle and Richard Gagne. He is survived by his cousins, Tiffany Kovacs and Melissa Harris, Jaden, Logen, and Alexander Tasker, Caleb and Brooke Drewery, whom all had their own special place in his heart. He is also survived by several great-aunts and uncles, extended cousins, and treasured friends.
Tyler was an avid skateboarder and could be often found at a skate park in his youth as well as in his adult life. When he wasn’t at the park, he would enjoy walks and going to the local Tim Hortons to enjoy a cup of coffee, often making friends along the way. He enjoyed giving gifts or tokens to those whom he thought were less fortunate, even if that meant he was left with nothing. He truly loved passing joy on to others. He will always be remembered for his big heart and infectious laugh.
In adulthood, Tyler became a man of faith, attending Praise Fellowship Church. He was always willing to help others or offer prayer to whomever he thought was in need.
Tyler was a beautiful person inside and out. He cared deeply for the people around him and greatly impacted all the lives he touched.
Tyler, may you find the way to your Heavenly Father and rest in eternal peace. Until the time comes that we meet again, you will be forever missed and in our hearts.
Family and friends are invited to the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home, 245 Wellington St. West, Chatham, 519-352-2710, on Wednesday September 27th, 2023 with visiting from 11 am to 1:30 pm.
