It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Tullio Temporin on June 27, 2024, at the age of 77. Beloved and devoted husband to his loving wife Angela (nee Odorico) Cherished and loved father to Karen (Rob) and Dwight.
Tullio grew up in Italy and came to Canada as a young man. He worked at BOT Construction Group, got married and had a family. Tullio was a very kind and compassionate man and had genuine care and concern for others. He would literally give you the shirt off his back. He was a very skilled tradesman who worked at the HCDSB for over 25 years. He assisted everyone with something or another. He made friends everywhere he went. Including all the local stores. He was a pillar of the community. Tullio’s family and friends will deeply miss his great sense of humour and his stories will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
We would also like to thank Mark and Anne Thomasgard for their unconditional love and support for the last 25 years.
A special thank you to all the doctors and nurses; Amal, Hillary, Agnes, Sara and Jackie, in ICU and the rest of the staff at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for their care, compassion, kindness and all the emotional support. As well as a thank you to the PSW’s Simon, Sue, Milao and the RMT Stephanie for their at home care for Tullio.
Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Tuesday July 2, 2024 from 3-5 and 6-9p.m., where the Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday July 3, 2024 at 1p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Canada or Oakville Hospital Foundation.
