In Loving Memory: Tia Marie Berdini (1955-2024)
Tia Marie Berdini was a very adventurous soul, exploring Europe alone when she was in her early 20’s and then shortly after relocating to the U.S. Throughout her jouneys her humour, kindness and generosity gifted her with many friends, while her strong work ethic gained her much respect from her co workers at Home Depot.
We all got to witness your beautiful soul. My greatest gift was having the opportunity to re-establish a new and strong relationship with my sister Tia on her return to Canada in 2019 after being diagnosed with Parkinsons, the devastating disease that took her from us far too soon. Tia’s courage in facing this disease was astounding. I want to thank you Sis for bringing us so much joy. You made us laugh, you made us smile with your amazing sense of humour and quick wit.
Tia, your new journey takes you home, together again with Mom and Dad, Jean and Fred Berdini and your beloved fur baby Reagan. You will be greatly missed! Loved deeply by your brother Tony Berdini, wife Leslie Laycox, nieces Morgan Berdini, Dr. Meaghan Berdini-Vasily (Marc Vasily), Samantha Berdini (Mike Roma), and great nieces and nephews, Mac, Maeve, Makayla, Alyssa and Austin, as well as numerous cousins and friends. Tia will live in our hearts forever.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Tia’s wishes are In lieu of flowers donations can be made at your local HUMANE SOCIETY OR SPCA. Condolences and donations may be forwarded through wartmanfuneralhomes.com.
