O’Grady, Thomas Patrick «Pat»
Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Friday, May 31, 2024, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of the late Joan Shirley O’Grady. Loving father of Larry (Gaelin), Dan (Corrine), and Patrick (Cindy). Cherished grandfather of Morghan, Teaghan, Bradley, Christopher, and Brent. Survived by his siblings Lawrence (Elaine), and Joyce (late Gary). Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Lillian O’Grady, and his siblings Shirley-Ann, and Thomas. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A special «Thank You» to the dedicated and compassionate care providers at the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital.
As per Pat’s wishes, cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lannin Funeral Home. Online condolences available at www.lannin.ca
