Boka Theresa Rose (June 18, 1937 – January 18, 2024)
Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, January 18th, 2024 with loving family by her side, Theresa Rose Boka a resident of Wood Haven Drive, Tillsonburg at the age of 86. Lifelong resident of Tillsonburg Theresa previously was the original owner of Boka Shoes, Tillsonburg, Champis House Gifts, Tillsonburg and was co-proprietor of Siantre Fasions (with also Simon Van Daele, Ann Loncke). Predeceased by her twin brother Andrew “Andy” Boka (November 10, 2008). Also predeceased by a half sister Margaret Kovacs (December 30, 1982) and a niece Margaret Trueman (November 10, 2001). Survived by a much loved niece Julie (Frank Fulop), Delhi, ON and two great-nieces: Theresa Rocco, Tillsonburg and Emily Van Hooren (Joe), Delhi, ON. Theresa was a special great great aunt: Ethan, Eric, Evelyn Rocco; Ava and Andie Van Hooren. Survived by a nephew Frank Kovacs and children Julian Kovacs and Kristen Molnar. Also survived by great niece and great nephew, Kelly Trueman of Ohio and Robert Trueman of Michigan. She is survived by special cousins and their families.

A private family Funeral Liturgical Service will take place on Saturday, January 27th, at 11:00 a.m. in the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Home Chapel, 262 Broadway Street, Tillsonburg by Rev. Fr. Seejo John. Private interment follows in Tillsonburg Cemetery Columbarium.
