It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Teresita Margaret Antle of Beau Bois announces her passing. Teresita passed away at the Blue Crest Nursing Home in Grand Bank on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023, at the age of 76.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her long-time partner of 30 years, Rick Farrell; daughter Leah Hanrahan; son Scott Hanrahan (Sandy); grandchildren, Casey McGrogan, Kelly and Yaritza Arango; sister Millie Pardy; brother Don Hanrahan (Liz); many special nieces and nephews; special friends, Sadie, Sharon, Brenda, Doreen, Phyllis and Angela; plus, a large circle of extended family and friends.
Terri was predeceased by her parents John and Margaret Antle; infant son Shane; brothers, Louis and Michael; sisters, Jessie and Geraldine; brothers-in-law Joe, Harold and Bruce; sister-in-law Mary.
Terri was a kind, caring woman and a blessing to her family, friends and all who knew her. She was a strong, independent, loyal, and fierce supporter of those that she loved unconditionally.
Terri worked as an LPN from the start of her career in 1967 to her retirement in 2011. She dedicated herself to health care and worked tirelessly in her role as an LPN in St. John’s, Labrador, Burin, Grand Bank and St. Lawrence.
The family extends gratitude to the dedicated health care professionals at Blue Crest Nursing Home for their care of Terri during her stay.
In honoring Terri’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
The Antle Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Marystown on
Friday, May 5th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Chapel Funeral will take place at Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Marystown
Saturday, May 6th at 12:00 pm.
Inurnment to follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Little Bay.
In Terri’s memory donations may be made to Blue Crest Nursing Home in Grand Bank or flowers gratefully accepted.
