Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we, the family of Tammy Engle announce her peaceful passing at her home in Green’s Harbour, on December 22, 2023.
Predeceased by her loving parents Wilfred & Marie Hoskins; step-father Ross Rowe; brothers Terry, Warrick, and Larry; sister Dianne; and brother-in-law, Gerald Smith.
Leaving to mourn with broken hearts are her husband, her rock,Tony Engle; children, Tyler (Christina),Tara; father & mother-in-law John & Florrie Engle; brothers, Doug (Alice) Hoskins, Keith (Jocelyn) Hoskins; honory sister, Karen Jackson; sister-in-laws Sheila Hoskins and Linda Hoskins;
brother-in-laws Todd Engle (Sandra) and Troy Engle; and sister-in-law Tonia (Chris) Street; Tammy’s home care workers, Kelly Bishop, Kay Crocker and Eunice Pinsent from All Care Home Support; special friend, Angie Newhook; as well as a large circle of family and friends.
Tammy will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved her. As an avid gardener, she was a beautiful flower in our garden of life. Tammy was a woman of great strength who loved her family immensely and was so proud of them. She was such a great inspiration, and we are all better to have known her.
Visitation will be held from the Salvation Army, Green’s Harbour, on December 23, 2023, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm and December 24, 2023, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Cremation to follow.
A celebration of Tammy’s life will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tammy Engle Memorial Fund.
