COUTU, Susanne (1974 – 2024)
The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Susanne Coutu, Friday June 7, 2024, in Sudbury, at the age of 49 years. Daughter of the late Jean Paul Coutu and Judith Coutu-Wright (née MacQueen) (Raymond). Dear mother of Trinity, Hunter (Dylan), Tylor (Natasha) and the late Brady. Loving sister of Rose-Mary Grier (Dan), Ruby-Anne Groulx (Paul) and Elizabeth Fiegehen (Marty). She will also be missed and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Susanne was the true definition of a mama bear. She loved her children dearly; her family was her world. She would do anything for her children with unwavering support. She always spoke about how proud she was of her children.
Susanne loved camping, fishing, and she was always ready for a good time with family. She was passionate about her artistic work by way of crafting, wood working, and making bouquets for weddings. Susanne was perceptive, if there was something she did not know, she figured it out. She loved being a g-ma to her g-babies, Klaus and Taija.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt thank you to the staff at Health Sciences North for their excellent care and compassion shown to Susanne and her family.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, July 19, 2024, from 5 pm – 9 pm, at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 76, Minnow Lake.
