Wachon, Stefan – Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Danuta (nee Subda), loving father of Andy (Teresa), Stan (Kathy) and Teresa (John). Cherished Dziadek to Matthew, Michelle, Christopher, Alicia, Natalie and Nicholas. Stefan is predeceased by all 6 of his siblings. May he rest peacefully with the Lord by his side and look down upon his family with joy and love. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Hedwig’s Parish, 411 Olive Avenue, Oshawa on Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at 10 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, 355 Taunton Road East, Whitby. A special thank you to the team at St. Elizabeth, St. Joseph’s at Fleming and the Palliative Care doctors and nurses at PRHC.
