D’Amour, Stacy Patrick
October 4, 1967 – December 29, 2023
Stacy Patrick, a gentle soul, was born in Calgary, Alberta. He was raised in the fresh outdoors of Alberta enjoying swimming, skiing, camping and fishing until his move to Ontario in 1986. He met the love of his life Debbie, in May 1990, and they just recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.
Stacy worked at Kuehne + Nagel Logistics for 35 years. He retired in August 2022 and they enjoyed a peaceful, happy life sharing road trips across Canada and the USA with family visits to Northern Ontario and Alberta where they shared special memories with uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
Stacy liked to tease and with his sense of humour always made people feel special and loved.
Stacy was known for his kind and caring ways, always there to lend a helping hand or support those who needed a gentle hug to know all would be okay. He suffered a catastrophic brain injury from a fall on Christmas Eve and was able to generously donate his organs so that others would have a chance for a better life.
He is survived by his grieving wife Deborah Ann; and father Clifford and Gayle D’Amour.
He was predeceased by his mother Betty Randen and her sisters Florence and Lorraine; father- and mother-in-law Henry and Arlene Guckuk; sister-in-law Christine Wiitala; grandparents Patrick and Mona D’Amour; George and Mary Randen; and Charles and Susana Kahler who are all overjoyed to have Stacy join them.
Thank you to the nurses and staff at Mississauga Trillium Hospital ICU who were
exceptionally compassionate and for the care provided.
As well, cousin Gerard Sagassige for creating a peaceful and spiritual transition.

Cremation has taken place. As per Stacy’s wishes, there will be a private family celebration.
