Obituary
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Sophie Agnes Martin. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 7th, 2023, at the age of 83
She leaves behind her best friend Carl of 37 years, her daughter Michele(Ken) sons Peter(Sandra) John(Denise) Norman(Donna) D’Arcy(Tina)
Remembered by her grandchildren Paul(Nicola)
Taylor, Jason, Victoria(Nick), Emilee(Peter) Kristian, Carter, Mackenzie, Jaden and Declyn. Great Grandmother to Abigail, Lucas and Jack. She will also be missed by all her cousins in Canada, United States and Poland, as well as Chris(Brenda)
We are comforted to know she joins her parents Barbara and Marjan Marchut and her brother Richard.
She will be remembered for her zest for life, her generous heart, overwhelming kindness and the love for her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society, Dementia Foundation and Canadian Cancer Society.
We are looking forward to sharing some memories, food and beverages following the cemetery.
