and Maude (Carnell) Clahane, she moved to the valley at sixteen

Halifax Business Academy.
She worked for several
lawyers in Kentville as a legal secretary until her retirement.
Interests included: playing piano, knitting, gardening, card making,
travel and her favorite activity was swimming at her beloved Aylesford
Lake. Family and friends enjoyed lots of meals and parties at the Lake
including the Lions Club.
A proud 50-time blood
donor, volunteering with numerous organizations including Fidelis
House, Kentville and Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton, kept her
very busy in retirement.
Most of her married
years she lived in New Minas until moving to Fundy Villa and then
Grand View Manor, Berwick. A woman of faith, the Roman Catholic Church
was a source of comfort and anchor for her, and she expressed a great
admiration for Father Saulnier.
Her greatest joy and
sense of pride were her family. Survived by her children, Valerie
(Gerald) Woodworth, Scott (Orlene Bligh) Coldwell, and Nancy Hurren;
stepchildren, Catherine Campbell, David (Jennifer White) Campbell,
Margie (Greg) Sarre and son-in-law, Rod McDougal.

grandchildren: Zephaniah, Selah, Malachi, Lukas, Thomas, Petra,

nieces.
Predeceased by her
husband Gordon Campbell; brothers, Thomas «Tom»,
Kenneth «Ken» and William «Bill»;
her stepdaughter, Janet McDougal; granddaughter, Alisa (Sawler)
Thomson; and great grandchild, Dominic Thomson.
Sheila was known for
her engaging personality, making friends wherever she went whether at
work, travel or in the communities where she lived. Having
an amazing way of making strangers feel as if she had known them for
years and never missed sending thoughtful cards and letters or playing
hostess with the most amazing meals.

Hobson, Carol Mooy and Frank Woodworth, Lynda and Dave Davies, Lynn
and George Spicer, Mona Tzagarakis, Helen Ackerman, Johannes and Elske

Scott Campbell, Shirley Hurren and a special mention to Barry Hurren.
Her beloved «coffee ladies»; her neighbours in Milnes
