It is with great sadness that the family announces his passing in Sudbury, on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at the age of 54 years. Shawn was born on April 21, 1969 in Timmins, Ontario. Beloved son to Albert Major of Timmins and Linda Stark of Sudbury. Cherished father to Sara of Toronto, Mike (Jamie) of Sudbury and Alex of Montreal. Dear grandfather to Justice, Hayden and Serenity all of Toronto. Loving brother to Russell Major of Sudbury and late Ivan Major. He will be sadly missed by his nephews Joshua and Zachary Major, relatives and friends. There will be no visitation or service.
